Ingredients:
1 16 oz. pkg. meat-filled ravioli (fresh or frozen, thaw if frozen)
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 cup flour
1 cup bread crumbs plain
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
vegetable oil, for frying
Procedures:
Mix water with eggs and beat well, set aside.
Mix Italian seasonings and garlic salt with the bread crumbs and set this aside. Measure flour in bowl and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in deep fryer or skillet to 350 degrees F for deep frying.
Dip ravioli in flour then in the egg wash then in bread crumbs and carefully place in hot oil. Fry until golden, remove from oil and drain.
Serve with this marinara sauce recipe for dipping.
Serves: 4-6 person

Texas Roadhouse Rattlesnake Bites
Ingredients:
12 large jalapenos, seeded and cut in half
2 cups Monterey jack cheese, shredded
1 large egg
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon Parmesan, grated
salt and pepper
1 1/2 cup bread crumbs, seasoned or unseasoned
vegetable oil
Procedures:
Wash jalapenos, cut in half, and take out seeds.
Stuff each half with grated jack cheese.
In shallow bowl, mix flour, egg, Parmesan, milk, salt, and pepper to taste.
Place breadcrumbs in flat dish.
Dip jalapeno in egg mixture and then in breadcrumbs.
Place in freezer for 1/2 hour.
Take out of freezer and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Serve immediately with Ranch Dressing or Cajun Horseradish Sauce.
Serves: 6 person

Caramel Dream Bars
Ingredients:
Crust:
2 cups almonds
1 cup dates soaked 30 minutes, drained
1/4 cup cocoa powder
pinch salt
Caramel Layer:
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup coconut butter
1/4 cup cacao butter
1/2 cup agave nectar
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
pinch salt
Garnish with cacao nibs, or desiccated coconut
Procedures:
To form crust, process almonds, dates, cocoa powder and salt in food processor.
Press into glass pan.
To form caramel layer process almond butter, cacao butter, agave nectar and coconut butter in food processor until smooth.
Spread on top of crust layer. Top immediately with coconut and cacao nibs, pressing them into the caramel layer so they stick.
Press in 8 x 8 square pan. Freeze until ready for serving.
