Hi,
ReplyDeleteI just want to ask, what is potassium? Thanks for your kfc recipes.
hmm
ReplyDelete2 Tbsp Potassium
...
5 Cups Water.
This won't end badly.
Potassium + Water = FIRE.
Did you mean Potassium Nitrate?
It's used as a preservative and to keep meat products there original color.
im live in australia can any one tell me where to get the ingredients for the marinade where do you buy msg
ReplyDeleteActually it is potassium chloride, a salt substituted. It act as flavor enhancer. Its up to you to use it or not.
ReplyDeleteMSG = Monosodium glutamate. Example is Ajinomoto, I think it is also available in Australia.
I just love your weblog! Very nice post! Still you can do many things to improve it.
ReplyDeleteI m from Pakistan. would you plz help me what is all purpose flour? when i go to markit to buy this they always give me corn flour plz help me G-Kin.
ReplyDelete@yousra: I think the wheat flour is the all-purpose flour. Try to looking out this flour at your local supermarket (I believe Pakistan have supermarkets, right?).
ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteI just want to ask what is Kosher salt and where can I buy Potassium Chloride?
Kosher salt: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kosher_salt. For the potassium chloride actually I can't figure out where to buy it, but you can ignore this ingredient. Most people didn't use it.
ReplyDeleteI believe that "No Salt" or salt substitute is mostly potassium chloride.
ReplyDeleteThis is the dumbest recipe ever. there are dozens of recipes to make kfc and this is the only one where u can punk the ingredients from chemistry class... lol
